Agencies will have access to a Medicare member’s information IF the agency is receiving commission payments for that member or is the agent of record (AOR).Please note, this message only applies to Medicare membership.
This will give agencies the convenience of accessing member information to support retention efforts, outreach, marketing, and business planning.
After gathering feedback, UHC is excited to announce they are now offering Jarvis BoB access to agency partners as well. UnitedHealthcare currently provides agents with access to their book of business (BoB) information on the Jarvis agent portal.
